When it comes to treating low back pain effectively, education remains crucial alongside continued physical activity if pain permits. Non-drug therapies like physical therapy and alternative medicine—such as acupuncture and massage—are useful. Consistency is key here, not sporadic treatments.
Traditional medications, primarily NSAIDs, remain a common first choice.
